React Developer

Job Requirements Design and implement intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces using React.js. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into functional UI/UX solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine designs. Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Mentor junior developers and contribute to UI/UX best practices across the team. Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and front-end technologies. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX development. Strong expertise in React.js (latest version), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Proven experience in responsive design and cross-platform development. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization.
