React Developer in Bangalore

Job Requirements Role Summary Develop end-to-end React UI capabilities, including reusable components, API-driven workflows, real-time states, accessibility, automated testing, and defect resolution. The engineer will work closely with the Senior React Developer and cross-functional product team. Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop React screens, reusable components, forms, dashboards, notifications, and multi-step workflows.
• Integrate REST APIs and real-time services with loading, timeout, retry, reconnect, error, and fallback handling.
• Implement state and asynchronous flows using Redux Toolkit, React Redux, Redux Saga, or agreed project patterns.
• Write unit and component tests, support regression testing, and resolve defects identified during verification.
• Apply accessibility, responsive-design, secure-coding, performance, documentation, and version-control standards.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, design reviews, code reviews, demos, and Agile delivery. Work Experience Must-have Skills & Experience:
• 4-7 years of frontend development experience with hands-on React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of reusable component design, state management, React Router DOM, modular design, complex forms, and API integration.
• Experience with REST APIs, Native Fetch or equivalent clients, environment-based URLs, and token-based authentication patterns.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and automated tests.
• Working knowledge of accessibility, browser debugging, performance, ESLint, SonarQube, Git, and branching workflows.
• Good communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery skills. Preferred Qualifications:
• Vite, Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, NGINX, Docker, cloud-hosted applications, Storybook, Playwright, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Real-time collaboration interfaces involving video, chat, annotations, remote control, or WebSocket workflows.
• Healthcare, medical-device, or regulated-product experience; use of AI-assisted engineering tools.
