REACT JS DEVELOPER (1 YEAR MINIMUM EXPERIENCE) Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js for Bariflo’s technology platforms, dashboards, and operational intelligence applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Backend, Embedded, AI/ML, Product, and Design teams to design, develop, test, and deploy reliable user interfaces.
• Build reusable and scalable UI components following modern React.js development practices and component-based architecture.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services to enable real-time data visualization, monitoring, and control functionalities.
• Develop dashboards and visualization interfaces for IoT devices, sensors, automation systems, and operational data generated from Bariflo’s water and aquaculture solutions.
• Implement automated testing and debugging practices to ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, technical discussions, and development planning.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to convert functional requirements into effective and intuitive digital solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt relevant frontend technologies, libraries, and development tools to improve development efficiency and product performance.
• Maintain proper technical documentation, coding standards, and development SOPs for assigned projects.
• Contribute to the development of Bariflo’s Cybernetics of Operational Intelligence platform, enabling the Sense → Decide → Act → Learn workflow through intuitive software interfaces. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a React.js Developer or Frontend Developer.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in developing responsive web applications and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
• Knowledge of modern frontend development tools such as Git, npm, Vite/Webpack, and browser developer tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, debugging, and testing practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative software development.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, component architecture, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, charts, or real-time monitoring interfaces will be an advantage.
• Exposure to IoT, industrial automation, AI/ML platforms, or sensor-based applications will be an added advantage. Note: Salary revision is performance-based and is not automatic upon completion of the three-month period.
