Sales Representative – Spare Sales Job Summary Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Representative for the Spare Sales Department to handle customer enquiries, sales coordination, quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand their spare part requirements.
• Prepare and share sales quotations as per company pricing and guidelines.
• Follow up with customers for quotation conversion and order confirmation.
• Coordinate with Accounts for payment confirmation.
• Raise Dispatch Instructions for confirmed spare parts orders.
• Coordinate with Stores and Dispatch teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Track orders and provide dispatch/delivery updates to customers.
• Maintain customer information, enquiries, quotations, and order details in the CRM/ERP system.
• Handle customer feedback and coordinate for resolution of issues.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat spare parts sales.
• Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports. Requirements
• MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
