Role Description The Salesperson role at Umiya Mega Mart is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiloda. The Salesperson will assist customers on the shop floor, answer product-related queries, and guide them toward suitable options. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked, handling basic billing support, and keeping the sales area clean and organized. The role involves active customer interaction, promoting current offers, and helping meet store sales targets. The Salesperson will collaborate closely with other team members and follow store policies to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience. Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous, professional customer service and build positive relationships with shoppers.
• Strong communication skills in relevant local languages and basic English; ability to explain product features clearly.
• Comfort with handling cash, basic billing processes, and point-of-sale systems (training can be provided).
• Attention to detail in maintaining product displays, inventory on shelves, and overall store cleanliness.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking and arranging merchandise.
• Basic numerical skills and understanding of discounts, offers, and price calculations.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
