Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Hapur. The Salesperson will identify and approach potential customers, present product and service offerings, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. Daily activities include meeting clients, explaining features and pricing, negotiating terms, preparing quotations, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, reporting on sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Salesperson is expected to represent the company professionally, build strong relationships, and provide feedback from the market to support business decisions. Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Basic proficiency in using computers and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and customer follow-up.
• Ability to understand product features, explain benefits clearly, and respond to customer questions effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Good organizational skills, including time management and accurate record-keeping.
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hapur and travel locally to meet clients as needed.
