Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Hyderabad, India Work Mode: As per company policy Shift: US Shift / US Business Hours Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Veeva Vault CRM & PromoMats expert to join our Life Sciences consulting team. The role will primarily focus on the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support of Veeva Vault CRM and Veeva Vault PromoMats for multiple US-based Life Sciences clients. The individual will also be involved in end-to-end Sales Force Operations, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Commercial Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders to support CRM processes, data, users, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements. This is a hands-on and client-facing opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Veeva, Life Sciences CRM, and Commercial Operations. Key Responsibilities Veeva Vault CRM
- Support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Veeva Vault CRM.
- Configure fields, page layouts, picklists, validation rules, workflows, permissions, and other CRM components.
- Work on Account and HCP management, Call/Interaction Management, Call Planning, Account Planning, Activities, Reports, Dashboards, and other CRM capabilities.
- Support Veeva Engage, CLM, Approved Email, Surveys, and related functionality.
- Participate in requirements gathering and translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Support CRM enhancements and change requests across multiple client environments. Veeva Vault PromoMats
- Support implementation and administration of Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Configure metadata, fields, picklists, document lifecycles, workflows, roles, and permissions.
- Support promotional material management and MLR review and approval processes.
- Troubleshoot configuration and workflow issues.
- Support enhancements and ongoing production operations. Production Support
- Provide day-to-day application support for Veeva CRM and PromoMats.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution with Veeva, IT, and business teams.
- Support production deployments, regression testing, and post-deployment validation.
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories. Sales Force Operations
- Support end-to-end Sales Force Operations for US Life Sciences clients.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding, access management, territory and alignment activities, and sales force administration.
- Support HCP/HCO data management and Data Change Request (DCR) processes.
- Support targeting, segmentation, call planning, reporting, and sales operations activities.
- Coordinate with MDM, data vendors, IT teams, and other technology partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and CRM operations. Business Analysis & Client Engagement
- Participate in business requirement gathering sessions and client workshops.
- Document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs and system demonstrations.
- Support UAT planning, test execution, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements. Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Life Sciences CRM, or related consulting/support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical commercial processes.
- Experience with CRM configuration and administration.
- Experience in application support, implementation, enhancement, or maintenance projects.
- Good understanding of fields, page layouts, picklists, workflows, validation rules, permissions, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with business and IT stakeholders.
