Senior HR Manager – Furniture Industry Experience: 10–12 Years Location: Indore Industry: Furniture / Interior / Retail – Mandatory Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager with 10–12 years of experience to lead HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies. Candidates with prior experience in the furniture/interior industry will be preferred and are mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Handle recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and retention.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Partner with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Lead and mentor the HR team. Requirements
• 10–12 years of relevant HR experience.
• Furniture / Interior / Retail industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
