Job description
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and Backend Architecture.
- Minimum 1+ Year of hands-on experience in the iGaming / Casino Industry – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of iGaming / Casino platforms and their backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI APIs and LLM integrations.
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API security.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies. Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with LangChain, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of WebSockets and scalable real-time systems.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and serverless architecture.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
- Experience working with gaming, casino, betting, or other iGaming-related platforms. Leadership Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
- Conduct code reviews and technical evaluations.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and sprint goals.
- Manage team productivity and technical escalations.
- Coordinate with clients/stakeholders for technical discussions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Important Requirement Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of overall Node.js development experience, along with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the iGaming / Casino Industry. iGaming experience is mandatory for this position.\
