Senior Pega Developer (at least 7 years or above)

We are looking for a multiple experienced Pega Team Lead (at least 7 years or above)/Lead System Architect (10 years experience or above) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing enterprise-level Pega applications, leading technical teams, and delivering impactful digital solutions for clients. Working location is either in Hyderabad or Bangalore. Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Pega architectures (system, data, integration).
• Build scalable Pega solutions using advanced Pega BPM features.
• Lead case management application design using Constellation.
• Implement integrations with Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory, etc.
• Create technical designs, develop code, and lead testing.
• Support deployments, configuration, and environment setup.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with business/technical teams.
• Drive BPM adoption and identify new process improvement opportunities. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• CSSA certification required for Senior Associate role, CLSA certification required for the Pega Team Lead role.
• At least 7 years (Senior Associate) or 10 years and above (Pega Lead) of Pega experience.
• Strong background in enterprise Pega apps, case design, rules, and data modeling.
• Consulting or industry experience preferred (banking, insurance, healthcare).
• Experience with Agile delivery and Pega application deployment.
• Technical skills in Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services, JBoss/WebLogic/WebSphere.
