Role Description The Senior Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Korba, responsible for leading the engineering and execution of assigned projects from concept to completion. The role includes developing and reviewing project plans, coordinating electrical engineering designs, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring that work complies with industry standards and client requirements. The Senior Project Engineer will oversee project schedules, monitor progress, manage risks, and support resource allocation in collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams. Daily responsibilities involve site coordination, quality checks, resolving technical issues, and communicating clearly with internal teams, contractors, and client representatives. The role also contributes to process improvements, safety practices, and training or mentoring of junior engineers. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, including experience with design review, technical analysis, and implementation on industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills, with proven ability to handle schedules, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation activities.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, along with several years of project engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with applicable codes and standards, proficiency with engineering and project management software, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a focus on safety and quality.
