Senior Python Backend Developer

Job Requirements Senior Python Backend Developer Experience: 8–10 years (10–12 years can also be considered) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer to join a cloud-native engineering team building backend services and data processing capabilities on AWS. The role involves developing scalable Python services, working with ETL pipelines, and deploying applications in a Kubernetes environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python backend services and REST APIs.
• Build and support ETL/data transformation workflows.
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes.
• Work with data stored in AWS services such as Amazon S3.
• Participate in Agile development, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with globally distributed Scrum teams. Work Experience Required Skills:
• Strong Python backend development experience.
• REST API development.
• ETL concepts and data processing.
• Kubernetes.
• Docker.
• Git.
• Agile/Scrum. Preferred Skills:
• AWS (EKS, S3).
• Exposure to machine learning/data processing pipelines.
• Cloud-native application development. Note: This is a backend development role. Candidates with primarily DevOps or infrastructure backgrounds are not suitable.
