Job description
Software Engineer (MTS IV – Lead) | Python Backend + AWS Cloud We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer / Technical Lead (10–15 Years) with strong hands-on expertise in Python backend development and cloud-native application engineering on AWS. What we are looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development (Django / Flask / FastAPI / REST APIs)
- Proven experience in designing distributed systems & microservices architectures
- Deep practical expertise in AWS Cloud (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform & CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building scalable, production-grade cloud-native applications (not just migrations or cloud support)
- Strong understanding of system design, observability, performance optimization & fault tolerance
