Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior ReactJS Developer role based in Jaipur. The Senior ReactJS Developer will design, build, and maintain complex front-end applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance, scalability, and usability. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing components, integrating APIs, managing state with tools such as Redux, and collaborating closely with product, design, and back-end teams. The role involves reviewing code, mentoring team members, participating in architectural discussions, and ensuring adherence to best practices in testing, security, and maintainability. The developer will also help refine requirements, troubleshoot issues in production, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development workflow and tooling. Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including ReactJS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI implementation.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development or integration, working with APIs and server-side services.
• Solid Software Development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and version control (Git).
• Proficiency with JavaScript state management tools such as Redux.js and related ecosystem libraries.
• Experience with build and tooling ecosystems (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library or similar).
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and mentor other developers.
• Background in performance optimization, accessibility, and secure coding practices in web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Must Have:
• Atleast 2-3 years of experience in building application using ReactJS
• B.Tech / Equivalent
