Social Media Manager & Designer

Creative Cookie is hiring! We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Designer to join our Chennai-based creative team. If you understand social media, enjoy creating content, have a strong eye for design, and are comfortable working with clients, we’d love to hear from you. What you'll do

• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars for clients.
• Generate fresh content ideas based on each brand and its audience.
• Design social media posts, stories, reels, carousels, and other digital creatives.
• Manage posting, scheduling, and day-to-day social media activities.
• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate feedback with the team.
• Ensure content and design deliverables are completed on time.
• Prepare simple monthly social media performance reports.
• Stay updated with social media, content, and design trends.
• Maintain consistency in each brand’s visual identity. What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in social media, content, design, or a creative agency.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and branding.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content formats.
• Good client communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently.
• Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership of projects.
