Job Summary UKG is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A; team, reporting to the Manager, FP&A.; This role will play a key part in driving financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support for the Services business. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally to analyze revenue trends, provide actionable insights, support forecasting processes, and enhance reporting capabilities through automation and data visualization. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance analysis, including revenue and expenses. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Analyze revenue trends, variances, and key drivers to provide actionable insights Develop and maintain revenue models, including ARR/MRR, churn, retention, and cohort analysis. Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value (LTV). Provide insights into revenue growth opportunities and customer analysis. Create executive-level reports and presentations highlighting key trends and business performance Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools Support and actively participate in the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
