Technical Support Specialist (Tally Software & AI Integrations)

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and enjoys solving customer problems while working with Tally and AI-powered business solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Tally Software and AI-integrated business solutions.
• Troubleshoot software, installation, configuration, and integration issues.
• Handle Tally AMC/ASSC support, Data Splitting, Data Synchronization, and Password Recovery.
• Assist clients with software implementation, onboarding, and training.
• Support AI integrations and guide customers in using automation solutions effectively.
• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, remote support, and onsite assistance when required.
• Coordinate with the technical and development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in technical support is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Tally Software is preferred.
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and software integrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
