Must have skills : Generative AI Good to have skills : Node.js, React.js Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for a Technical Team Lead with 6–10 years of software development experience to provide hands-on technical leadership for scalable cloud-native applications using React.js, Node.js and AWS Serverless technologies. The role requires practical experience in GenAI, LLM-based applications and Agentic AI, with responsibility for technical design, architecture, implementation and mentoring. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead technical design and hands-on development of React.js and Node.js applications, microservices and REST APIs deployed on AWS serverless technologies. 2. Design and integrate GenAI/LLM capabilities and AI agents, including agent workflows, prompts, tool/function calling, RAG and enterprise integrations. 3. Drive architecture and technical decisions, code reviews, technical governance, engineering quality and resolution of complex technical issues. 4. Mentor developers, break down complex features into implementable tasks, manage technical risks and collaborate with architects, product, QA and UX teams. Professional & Technical Skills 1. Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, application design patterns and system integration. 2. Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch and cloud-native architecture, along with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, databases and DevOps practices. 3. Practical experience with GenAI/LLM application development, Amazon Bedrock/OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search. 4. Strong understanding of authentication/authorization, OAuth2, JWT, SSO, security, scalability, performance optimization and observability. Additional Information: 1. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents or equivalent, including single-agent, multi-agent or workflow-based solutions, is preferred. 2. Exposure to MCP, AI evaluation, guardrails, Responsible AI, AI security, IaC and AI application cost optimization is desirable. 3. Strong technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to lead by example through architecture, coding and design reviews.
