Associate - UI/UX Design Location: [Specify Location or Remote] Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate UI/UX Designer to support the design team in creating user-friendly digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities - Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces. - Collaborate with senior designers and developers to ensure design feasibility and usability. - Support user research activities including surveys, interviews, and usability tests. - Help maintain and update existing design systems and style guides. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to enhance user experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1-2 years of experience or strong internship background in UI/UX design. - Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. - Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Positive communication skills and willingness to learn and accept feedback. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. - Use AI-assisted design features in tools to improve efficiency in layout and visual asset creation. - Keep up-to-date with AI-based design trend generators and recommended systems for inspiration and best practices.
