Job Description About the job We're working with a homegrown consumer brand that's built a loyal following by creating products people genuinely love. This is for a designer who makes the digital experience feel like a natural extension of the product itself - thoughtful, intuitive, and unmistakably on-brand. What you'll do Design end-to-end user experiences across web platform Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive journeys Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Improve usability, engagement & conversion across digital touchpoints Collaborate closely with product, engineering, growth, and brand teams Build and maintain scalable design systems and interaction patterns Support user research, testing, and iterative product improvements What we're looking for 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX or product design Strong portfolio demonstrating app and web product experiences Expertise in interaction design, information architecture & visual design Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools Experience designing consumer-facing digital products at scale Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and design systems Who you are Come from a consumer internet or digital-first business Think in terms of user problems, not just screens and interfaces Have strong attention to detail and a high bar for craft Enjoy collaborating across functions to bring products from concept to launch Required Skills ['UI/UX Design UI Design'] Additional Information NA
