UI/UX Designer (End-to-End)

Role: UI/UX Designer (End-to-End) Experience: 3 to 5 years Purpose Own the design lifecycle for client projects, from the first conversation with the client to handoff-ready UI. This person is the client-facing voice of design and should be able to run a project’s design track with minimal supervision. What they own

• Client communication: Run discovery calls, design reviews and feedback rounds directly with clients, and manage expectations on scope and timelines.
• Requirement discovery: Ask the right questions, uncover the real problem behind the stated request, and document assumptions, constraints and open items.
• User stories and flows: Turn requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria, plus user journeys and task flows that engineering can build from.
• Wireframes and prototypes: Produce low and high fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes, and validate them with clients and, where possible, real users.
• UI design: Deliver polished visual design with a consistent design system or component library, covering responsive web and mobile.
• Developer handoff: Prepare specs, assets and states, and stay involved through build to review implementation against the design. What we expect
• Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable leading a client conversation.
• A portfolio showing the full lifecycle, not just visual polish: research or discovery, flows, wireframes, final UI.
• Fluency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) and familiarity with design systems.
• Working knowledge of usability and accessibility basics.
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up research synthesis, story writing and design exploration while keeping their own judgment on the output. Nice to have
• Experience with B2B/B2C products, dashboards, enterprise workflows.
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, Flutter or React component thinking). Success looks like Clients trust them as the design point of contact, requirements are clear before development starts, and engineers rarely have to ask what a screen is supposed to do.
