Role description Fresher UI/UX Designers focus on designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences. This fresher-level role for trainees involves learning design principles and tools to build engaging, easy-to-navigate digital products. Overview We are looking for a creative and motivated Fresher UI/UX Designer to join our team. You’ll work on designing intuitive user interfaces and enhancing user experiences for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Assist in user research and apply insights to designs. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers. Contribute to design systems and style guides. Participate in design reviews, and iterate on designs based on feedback from clients. Requirements Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. A portfolio showcasing design projects. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with user testing and agile development. Basic understanding of UX principles. Strong creative and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
