UI/UX Mid-senior Designer

NxDeep Connectz LLP is looking to on-board an mid-senior UI/UX designer to our team! We are looking for a creative and user-focused Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, engaging and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UI/UX design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design and design systems, with a strong understanding of usability and responsive design. Experience: 3 - 5 Years Location: Thirunagar - Madurai, Tamil Nadu Employment: Full-Time | On-Site Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design for website, Web & mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes & high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Design intuitive interfaces for E-commerce, CRM & HRM/HRMS platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers & stakeholders.
• Review designs and mentor junior designers.
• Ensure responsive, user-friendly and consistent product experiences.
• Produce animated UI elements, promotional product videos, and feature walkthroughs.
