We are seeking a detail-oriented Working Capital Analyst to join our team in the Chandigarh Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing the company's working capital, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial health. This role involves working closely with various departments to assess cash flow needs and develop strategies to improve working capital efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current working capital levels and identify areas for improvement. - Monitor and manage overdraft (OD) facilities, cash credit (CC) accounts, and term loans to ensure effective utilization. - Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast cash flow requirements and working capital needs. - Prepare reports and presentations for management on working capital performance and recommendations for optimization. - Stay updated on market trends and financial regulations that may impact working capital management. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of working capital management principles. - Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. - Familiarity with overdraft, cash credit, and term loan products. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
